What we collect
Only what you give us. If you call, email, submit the contact form or book a strategy call, we have your name, phone number, email address and whatever you told us about your business. We do not buy lists and we do not collect information about you from anywhere else.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and to talk about advertising for your business. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Services we rely on
Booking runs through Calendly, so a booking is handled under Calendly's own privacy terms. Email reaches us through Gmail. If you become a client, advertising platforms such as Meta and Google process campaign data for the account we manage on your behalf.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are talking, or as long as we work together. Ask us to delete your information and we will.
Your choices

The content here describes the services Tew Creatives offers. It is information, not a contract, and it can change without notice.
No guarantee of results
Advertising results depend on your market, your pricing, your offer, your budget and how quickly you follow up on leads. Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific number of leads, a specific cost, or a specific return.
Work and payment
Scope, fees and notice periods are agreed in writing before work starts. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the platforms and is separate from our fee.
Accounts and ownership
Ad accounts, pages and data belong to you. Creative produced for your campaigns is yours to keep once it has been paid for.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the claims, prices and offers you ask us to advertise, for holding any licences your trade requires, and for answering the leads the advertising produces.
